How Do Reservations and Deposits Work for your Eureka Springs Rentals?

Reservations for our cabin rentals can be made online 24/7 through our secure booking system. A one-night deposit is required when booking. Cabin stays require a two-night minimum year-round, while our suites allow one-night stays except during holidays and special events.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early arrivals may be possible if your cabin is ready. For late arrivals, call ahead and we’ll arrange an easy, contactless check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 14-day cancellation policy for all Eureka Springs cabin rentals. Please review our complete terms and policies before finalizing your reservation.

Is Eureka Sunset Cabins Pet-Friendly? What about children?

Our cabins and suites are not pet-friendly to maintain a peaceful and allergy-sensitive environment. Service animals are always welcome — please call for details. Each of our Eureka Springs cabin rentals is designed for two guests, so bringing children is not encouraged.

Are you Open all year?

Yes, our Eureka Springs cabin rentals are open year-round. From cozy fireplace season to spring blooms and fall color, every season offers a great escape.

What Types of Cabin and Suites Do You Offer at Eureka Sunset?

Our Eureka Springs cabin rentals start at $189 plus tax per night for two guests; suites start at $159. Each space is uniquely themed with queen or king beds, warm décor, and modern comforts—ideal for couples or small families seeking a relaxing Ozarks getaway.

What Amenities Are Included In your Eureka Springs Cabin Rentals?

King Cabins: Full kitchens (refrigerator, stove, microwave), dishes & cookware, coffee maker with gourmet beans, washer/dryer, and all linens. Suites & Queen Cabins: Kitchen stations with mini-fridge, microwave, dishes, coffee maker with gourmet beans, plus complimentary microwave popcorn. All linens provided.

Do you have Fireplaces and Wi-Fi?

Yes. All cabins feature natural gas fireplaces (seasonal: October 1–May 1). Every cabin and suite includes high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs.

Are There Smoking Areas?

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Each unit has an outdoor smoking area on its private deck overlooking the woods. Cabins have either one king bed or one queen bed.

Are the Cabins like Treehouses or Remoted/Secluded?

While not treehouses, our cabins perch on a wooded hillside with back decks extending 15–20 feet above the forest floor for a tree-top view. We’re set on six wooded acres at the edge of Eureka Springs—quiet and private, yet minutes from downtown. Trolley service, cabs, and Ubers are available.

Do you have Electric Charging Stations at Eureka Sunset?

There are no electric charging stations at Eureka Sunset. There are several nearby, 103 No. Main, 177 So. Main, and 56 and 60 Hillside Avenue. Using an extension cord to slow charge at Eureka Sunset must be approved by management.

Do you provide parking, and what local transit options are available?

Yes—parking is free for all guests. Please notify us in advance if you’ll bring a trailer or motorcycle. Our Eureka Springs cabin rentals are on the city trolley line, and local cabs and Ubers are available.

How far are you from the closest major airport (XNA)?

XNA (Northwest Arkansas National Airport) in Bentonville is about 30 miles and roughly a 75-minute drive. Fuzzie’s Cab offers pickup and drop-off—call 479-253-6699 in advance.

Where can we get groceries, tickets, restaurant reservations?

Hart’s Grocery is within a mile and can deliver with advance notice (liquor isn’t sold in groceries in Arkansas; nearby liquor stores are abundant). We’re happy to reserve tables where required and can arrange attraction tickets ahead of your arrival.

How Far is Eureka Sunset from Branson, Bentonville or Fayetteville?

Bentonville and Fayetteville are about a 60-minute drive; Branson is roughly 70 minutes from our cabins.
