Advance reservations are advised but last minute bookings are welcome - ask us about last minute special rates! We do require the first night deposit paid at the time of booking the reservation. We accept most credit cards and personal checks to hold the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval - call us today!

Cancellation Policy -
On all cancellations we charge a minimum of $25.00 cancellation fee per unit reserved. In the event you must cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for holidays and special events). Cancellations not received before 14 days prior to the reservation will be charged a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. Any reservation made within 14 days prior to arrival requires a non-refundable 1-night deposit per unit reserved. In order to hold a reservation for more than 30 days we require 1 night non-refundable deposit per unit reserved. No shows are charged for all days reserved. Sorry, no refund for early departures.

Rates -
Rates are based per night per couple. A minimum stay of 2 nights or more may be required on holidays or festival weekends. Please contact us with your request, we try to be flexible and accomodating of your schedule and needs.

Checking In / Out -
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm, please call if you will be arriving later than 6pm. Check-out time is 11am.

On Holidays and special events the rates are slightly higher. Prices vary depending on length of stay, number of people and season. Contact us for current rates.

Smoking -
A smoking area is provided with each suite or cabin on the back deck overlooking the trees and valley. If smoking occurs inside the suite or cabin there will be a $250.00 charge for additional cleaning.
