Add one or several amenities to any lodging reservation to personalize your stay with us.

“Simple Ceremony Only”
For couples who are not staying at Eureka Sunset... We offer minister, location, intimate ceremony and a copy of your wedding vows as a keepsake $75.00 We specialize in intimate weddings for two in our garden/goldfish pond area. We can accommodate up to four guests. Guests can arrive up to thirty minutes before ceremony and depart after the ceremony and photos. We do not do receptions. An additional fee of $50.00 per person will be added if more than 4 guests without prior approval.

Getting Married in Eureka Springs
To get married in Eureka Springs you must obtain an Arkansas marriage license at the courthouse before the ceremony.

Legal Requirements to get the Arkansas marriage license:

Both bride & groom must be present
State law requires only social security number and photo identification
License fee of $58, cash only

The license may be obtained up to 60 days before the ceremony. The Carroll County Courthouse in Eureka Springs is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (closed holidays).
