Rates:
Our “Cabin” rates are $159.00 plus tax and our “Cottage Style Room” rates are $129.00 plus tax per night year round for a 2 person occupancy. Discounts apply with a 3 night or more stay.
The discount does not apply to early departures.
Deposit:
We do require the first night deposit paid at the time of booking. For more details see “Policies”
Reservations:
Please call our toll free number at 1-888-253-9565 between the hours of 8am – 9pm to make reservations. Please feel free to call with any inquiries.
Minimum Stay:
A two night stay is required on weekends and during busy season time. If only one night is available this rule will be waived. A three night stay may be required on Holidays or Special Event Weekends.
Check in begins at 3pm . Check out is at 11am.
If you arrive in Eureka earlier than 3pm just give us a CALL. IF your room is ready we don’t mind an early check in. Please call first @ 1-888-253-9565.
If arriving later than 6pm please call to make after hour check in arrangements.
Cancellations:
We have a 14 day cancellation policy. For more details see “Policies”
Children:
Our “Cabins” and “Cottage Style Rooms” sleep two comfortably. Several of our rooms do have a sleeper sofa that would accommodate a child, which we do allow.
Smoking:
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our “Cabins” or “Cottage Style Rooms”, however, we do provide a smoking area with each Cabin and Room on each deck overlooking the woods.

Pets:
We do allow a fully trained pet in SOME of our “Cabins” with PRIOR approval.
A $25.00 pet fee will apply. A pet policy must be signed at check in.

We are built on a hillside on six wooded acres so the back decks of our “Cabins” and “Cottage Style Rooms” range from 15 feet to 30 feet high overlooking woods!

What is provided in the “full kitchens” of the “Cabins”?
Besides full size refrigerator, microwave and stove we also provide dishes, silverware, pans, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, mixer, baking sheets, measure cups/spoons, mixing bowls, grill utensils, cutting board, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, coffee pot filters, toaster, dish soap, even gourmet coffee beans! We also provide some laundry soap as we have washer/dryers in the Cabins only.
What is provided in the “kitchen stations” of the “Cottage Style Rooms”?
Besides a small refrigerator and microwave we also provide dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee pot, coffee grinder, gourmet coffee beans, coffee filters, toaster and dish soap we even supply a microwave popcorn!
Do you have a massage spa on premise?
No, but we can arrange (with prior notice) to have a licensed massage therapist to come to your cabin and pamper you with a “single” or “couples” massage. We can also arrange appointments at a day spa for you.
What sets us apart from other places in Eureka?
We sit on 6 wooded acres right in the city limits. We have the convenience of town yet privacy of the woods… the best of both worlds! Our guests remark over and over… “we have never seen a place so clean, so well equipped and decorated with such personal touches, we will never stay anywhere else”

Do you do weddings?
We specialize in small intimate weddings for two... "Bride & Groom"
What is the price of a wedding?
If you are a guest staying with us the price of the ceremony is $50.00 or we have an elopement package called Just The Two Of Us see “Packages”.
If you are not staying with us the ceremony is $75.00 and that includes intimate ceremony, minister, location and a copy of your vows to have as a keepsake.
Your marriage license is an additional $58.00 which you can get at our court house. For Court House policies and hours see “Packages”
Can I have guests at my wedding?
You will be charged $50.00 per person if you have more than 4 guests without prior approval. We only offer simple-intimate ceremonies with Bride and Groom and up to 4 guests ONLY. We do not have the facilities and parking to accommodate larger groups.
Do you do receptions?
No, but we do have a small wedding cake for two, champagne, champagne flutes, cheesecake and champagne available for an additional fee see “Packages”
Where are the weddings performed?
On the back deck of your Cabin or Cottage Style Room or in our garden/goldfish pond area.
Is your place just for weddings?
NO! We have many guests who come to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, reunions or just to get away and relax.
Do you provide a photographer?
For an additional $35.00 we can have someone present to take pictures with YOUR camera or we can arrange to have a professional photographer present to take pictures for less than $100.
